Directions to our new office at the Raleys Shopping Center:

Directions from California to Vacation Station:
Take Interstate 80 East past Truckee to Exit 188B, Hwy 267/Lake Tahoe. Bear right at the end of the exit ramp onto Highway 267. Continue for approximately 12 miles, you will go over Brockway Summit and then downhill to Kings Beach. Highway 267 ends in Kings Beach at a stoplight. Turn left at the light onto Highway 28. Continue for 5.8 miles along Highway 28 through Kings Beach and Crystal Bay until you reach Incline Village. Just after the 2nd stoplight, look for the Raleys Market on your left. Our office is in the Raleys Shopping Center, just to the right of the market itself.

Directions from Reno to Vacation Station:
Travel south on Highway 395 to Highway 431, Exit #56 (Mount Rose Hwy/North Lake Tahoe). Follow Highway 431 over Mount Rose and downhill into the Tahoe Basin. Highway 431 ends in Incline Village at a stop sign. Turn left onto Route 28 - Tahoe Boulevard. Just after the 2nd stoplight (about 1.2 miles), look for the Raleys Market on your left. Our office is in the Raleys Shopping Center, just to the right of the market itself.

Alternate Route During Extreme Weather:
If it's snowing and the roads are slippery, you may consider taking Highway 50 into the Tahoe basin. Highway 50 is much wider and less winding than Highway 431, although it is less direct. Expect this route to take an additional 35 to 45 minutes.

Take Highway 395 south to Carson City and turn right (west) onto Highway 50, going towards Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. After approximately 14 miles you will reach the junction with Highway 28. Turn right and head north. Highway 28 follows the east shore of Lake Tahoe and is very scenic. Continue on Highway 28 North for about 12.1 miles. Go straight at the first traffic light. Just after the next flashing traffic light, look for the Raleys Market on your right. Our office is in the Raleys Shopping Center, just to the right of the market itself.

Directions for check-in and key pick up during office hours:
Check-in time at our office is 4 pm. Vacation Station is located in the Raleys Market Shopping Center at 930 Tahoe Boulevard, Suite 703, Incline Village, Nevada 89451. Please follow the directions, provided above, to our office. Please note that Vacation Station is closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day, the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving Day. If arriving on these holidays, or after hours, please check-in and pick-up keys as directed in the after-hour paragraphs below.

Directions for check-in and key pick up after hours:
Important: Please arrive equipped with your reservation number, the name on the reservation and the map to your rental property that is provided in this packet of information.

You will find a white courtesy telephone and key cabinet next to our front door.

Pick up the telephone; it will automatically dial our answering service. It may take 15 seconds or more to connect.
Provide the answering service with your reservation number and the name on the reservation; they will then give you the code to the key cabinet.
Press the "C" button followed by the code and finish with the "key" button as you open the door.
Sign the Guest Registration Letter.
Return the signed paperwork to the key cabinet and take the envelope with your name on it.
Close the door to the key cabinet, making sure that it has locked securely.
Follow your map to your vacation rental property.

FAQs:

• What if I forget my map?

Copies of all maps can be found in the black binder located at the bottom of the key cabinet. The Reservation Confirmation letter you received lists the property code of the residence you rented. Using this code, simply locate and take a copy of the required map from the black binder.

• I thought I already paid? Why am I signing the charge slips?

The registration slip that we ask you to sign is our office copy. We need your signature for our records as proof that you authorized Vacation Station to make charges on your credit card.

• What if I don't have my reservation number?

Ideally, don't forget your paperwork. You must be able to either provide the reservation number or identify the property where you will be staying. If not, the answering service will have to contact Vacation Station's "on-call" person to authorize the release of the key to your property.
