Vacation Station offers basic rentals suitable for Seasonal Worker Housing, located in Incline Village on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Each property is chosen for its central location within walking distance of employment, stores and activities.

The rentals are fully furnished and well-equipped for comfortable living. Bed linens and towels are included, and most properties have a clothes washer and dryer in the unit itself.

Major local employers include:

Raley's Supermarket

Additionally, many local restaurants and shops seek part-time and full-time seasonal employees.

Please note that you must lease for the entire four month period to obtain the quoted rental rate. Shorter periods will require paying higher rents.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rentals are quoted on a monthly basis for the four month minimum term. You must lease for the entire four month period to obtain the quoted rental rate. Shorter periods will require paying higher rents. Utilities are extra.

A 25 percent non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the property. Payment of the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent and a one month security deposit (refundable) is due 45 days prior to the lease start date. Payments must be made by cash, check or money order.

No pets are permitted. All properties are non-smoking.
