Vacation Station offers basic rentals suitable for Seasonal Worker Housing, located in Incline Village on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.
The rentals are fully furnished and well-equipped for comfortable living. Bed linens and towels are included, and the properties have a
clothes washer and dryer in the unit itself.
Many residents have found seasonal employment at the ski resorts at Northstar, Diamond Peak and Palisades Tahoe (formerly called Squaw
and Alpine Meadows). Additionally, many local restaurants and shops seek part-time and full-time seasonal employees.
Bus transportation is available on regular schedules. Also, TART Connect offers free on-demand service curb-to-curb reserved by app or phone.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rentals are quoted on a monthly basis for the three month minimum term. You must lease for the
entire three month period to obtain the quoted rental rate. Shorter periods will require paying
higher rents. Utilities are extra.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the property. Payment of the first
month’s rent, the last month’s rent and a one month security deposit (refundable)
is due at the lease start date.
No pets are permitted. All properties are non-smoking.
