Vacation Station offers a variety of Tahoe ski leases: rustic mountain cabins, comfortable and
affordable homes and condos, and luxury lakefront properties. All in easy reach of the slopes!
You will see dramatic savings with a ski lease compared to nightly rentals or hotel stays. You can save
even more by preparing your own meals. Each home is fully furnished and well-equipped with
everything you need to make most any meal. Shop at Raley’s Market or Village Market conveniently located here in
Incline Village. |

A vacation rental home will provide plenty of privacy and room to relax. Many have extra amenities such as hot tubs,
fireplaces and garages. You can leave your winter clothes and equipment at the rental home, so you are not lugging things back and
forth each trip. Our rentals include bed linens and towels, and nearly all have a washer/dryer. House cleaning service is available,
too.
Vacation Station offers
Discount Lift Tickets
for you and your guests – though you may find a season pass more economical as regular visitors. Many properties have free shuttle
bus service to the slopes. Vacation Station residents also receive preferred customer discounts on additional rental properties
for your overflow guests.

Rentals are quoted on a monthly basis for the minimum term. Utilities are extra. A 25 percent
non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the property. Payment of the first
month’s rent, the last month’s rent and a one month security deposit (refundable) is due 45 days
prior to the lease start date. Payments for seasonal leases must be made by check or money
order. Pets are permitted only in those properties where the owner gives specific approval. All properties are non-smoking.
Once you have made your decision, we will ask you to complete a
Rental Application.
We can usually have an answer for you in just a day or two.
Our seasonal rentals are located in Incline Village, close to these ski resorts:
Diamond Peak
– The premier Tahoe family-friendly ski resort, with fantastic panoramic lake views and
short lift lines. All Vacation Station rentals are just a few minutes to Diamond Peak,
located here in Incline Village.
Mount Rose
– A local favorite as it often has the best snow conditions at Tahoe. Offers a variety
of terrain, including the challenging Chutes. Easy to get from your car to the lifts.
About fifteen minutes north of Incline Village.
NorthStar at Tahoe
– Known for its snowboarding terrain parks and long cruising trails. About twenty
minutes by car or free shuttle.
Other nearby winter resorts at Lake Tahoe include Alpine Meadows, Squaw, Boreal, Homewood, Heavenly and Sugar Bowl.
Excellent cross-country skiing trails can be accessed at Spooner Lake, Granlibakken, Tahoe
Donner, Tahoe City and Royal Gorge. All are within 30 to 45 minutes of Incline Village.
There is always lots to do in North Lake Tahoe. For the family, there are family dining,
movie theaters, bowling and the Incline Village Recreation Center. Enjoy our nightlife with
Nevada-style casinos and entertainment, or dine out at Lake Tahoe’s best restaurants.
