Thank You for Choosing Vacation Station

We at Vacation Station want your stay with us at beautiful Lake Tahoe to be among your most enjoyable and memorable experiences. While we hope that your travel plans will go smoothly, we recognize that circumstances may prevent your visit.

If you cancel your confirmed reservation at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your payment less a $39 cancellation fee.

There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

During holiday periods, you must cancel at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive any refund. Rentals over 28 days are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We urge you to obtain the optional Vacation Rental Travel Insurance, which will protect your vacation investment if you must cancel for many unforeseen reasons such as illness of a member of your party, poor travelling weather, injuries or accidents, or involuntary termination of employment. Coverage may also extend to pre-existing medical conditions. Additional benefits include medical assistance while on vacation, reimbursement for lost or delayed baggage, and identity theft resolution.
