Incline Village offers a diverse number of well-maintained recreation facilities and athletic fields. The following is a list of the main locations. To obtain more detailed information on these facilities, or make reservations, please call the Incline Village General Improvement District (I.V.G.I.D.) Recreation Center at 775.832.1310, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Below find information on the Incline Recreation Center, Preston Field, Village Green, High School Field, Middle School Fields, Tennis Complex, PAR Course, Skateboard Park and Volleyball Courts. Incline Recreation Center 980 Incline Way Description - The newly completed Incline Recreation Center is without a doubt Lake Tahoe’s finest family recreation, fitness and swim center. Whether you are in town for a day or a month, this 37,000 square foot, first class complex boasts a wide variety of activities for all ages and interests. The highlights of the center include an Olympic size swimming pool, basketball courts and over 30 state of the art fitness and weight machines. There is also ping-pong, a computer center, child-care center, snack bar and pro shop on the premises. The pro shop sells a variety of swimsuits, goggles, earplugs, T-shirts and sweatshirts. A fitness instructor is available to guide your workout if you desire. Preston Field Description – Single lighted baseball field with bleachers, park area, barbeques, playground and playground equipment. Located on Tahoe Blvd ¼ mile east of the junction of Highway 431 and Tahoe Blvd (Highway 28), Incline Village, Nevada. Village Green Description – Little league and soccer field. New grass field with no lighting for nighttime activities. Located on Incline Way, across the street from the Incline Recreation Center, two blocks west of Country Club Drive, Incline Village, Nevada. Incline High School Description – One multi-purpose field, not lighted for nighttime activities. Located on Village Boulevard, three blocks north of Tahoe Boulevard, behind the Incline High School, Incline Village, Nevada. Incline Middle School Description – One multi-purpose field and two ball fields, one is lighted. Located on the corner of Southwood Boulevard and Incline Way, Incline Village, Nevada. IVGID Tennis Complex 964 Incline Way 775.832.1235 Description - Adjacent to the Incline Recreation Center, the IVGID Tennis Complex consists of 7 lighted courts (courts lit by special request only), and offers a wide variety of tennis accessories, a pro shop, ball machine and demo racquet rentals, club activities, snack bar, backboard, one-day stringing service, lessons, junior camps, tournaments, viewing deck, and a beautiful award-winning setting. Fees - $10.00 per hour for adults, 8 am to 12 noon. $5.00 per hour for juniors, 8 am to 12 noon, ages 12 and under. $7.00 per hour for adults, 12 noon to 7 pm. $3.00 per hour for juniors, 12 noon to 7 pm. Hours of operation – 8am to 5 pm, April 28th through Memorial Day. 8am to 7 pm after Memorial Day. The facility is open from April 28th through early October, weather permitting. Aspen Grove – Par Course Incline Village Rec. Dept. PAR Course 960 Lakeshore Drive Starting at Aspen Grove, this free, one-mile exercise course winds through wooded areas. There are 18 exercise stations and it requires around 1 hour to complete. The par course is designed to combine jogging and a well-rounded series of exercises. There is a plaque at each station describing how to perform each activity. If the activity requires equipment such as a pull up bar it is provided at the station. Skateboard Park Description – Newly constructed pool style skateboard park, very popular with the young at heart. Located at the corner of Southwood Boulevard and Tahoe Boulevard (SR 28), near the Incline Middle School. Volleyball Courts Located at Ski Beach: 2 sand courts. Burnt Cedar Beach: 1 sand court.
