Vacation Station offers a variety of spring and summer rentals: rustic mountain cabins, comfortable and affordable homes and condos, and luxury lakefront properties.

You will see dramatic savings with a summer monthly lease compared to nightly vacation rentals or hotel stays. You can save even more by preparing your own meals. Each home is fully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need to make most any meal. Shop at Raley’s Market or Village Market conveniently located here in Incline Village.

A vacation rental home will provide plenty of privacy and room to relax. Many have extra amenities such as internet access, hot tubs, fireplaces and garages. Our rentals include bed linens and towels, and most have a washer/dryer. House cleaning service is available, too.

Rentals are quoted on a monthly basis for the minimum term. Most properties include utilities but others do not – please refer to the individual listings for more details. A 25 percent non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the property. Payment of the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent and a one month security deposit (refundable) is due 45 days prior to the lease start date. Payments for summer leases must be made by cash, check or money order. Pets are permitted only in those properties where the owner gives specific approval. All properties are non-smoking.

Our summer rentals are located in Incline Village on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, where there is always lots to do in North Lake Tahoe. For the family, there are family dining, movie theaters, bowling and the Incline Village Recreation Center. Enjoy our nightlife with Nevada-style casinos and entertainment, or dine out at Lake Tahoe’s best restaurants.
