The most affordable condominiums in Incline Village are centrally located - just a short walk to the stores, restaurants, Starbucks and down to the lake. A one bedroom, one bath condo with 600 square feet makes a great entry level investment. Built in 1980, the exteriors are well-maintained; some interiors may benefit from remodelling.

All Seasons

starting at $210,000

These condos are popular with local residents and vacation renters as they are typically priced at a good value. The community pool, spa and clubhouse are perks not usually found with condos in this price range. They were built in 1978, though many have been updated. The location is convenient to schools, shopping and restaurants.

Mountain Shadows

starting at $260,000

The Mountain Shadows condos are situated in a large complex close to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Units are typically three bedroom, 2 1/2 baths townhomes with 1,350 to 1,780 square feet. Larger units may have a loft in addition to the three bedrooms. A few condos are two bedrooms. The condos feature open beam ceilings, fireplace, and decks with pleasant forested and mountain views. The complex has two swimming pools open in the summer.

McCloud

starting at $367,000

The McCloud condo complex is quite popular and for good reason. They are close to Incline Beach and the Recreation Center. Built from 1984 to 1995, these well-designed condos are one to three bedrooms with 800 to 1700 square feet. Each features a river rock fireplace, a deck or patio and one car garage. A few condos have partial lake views. Each cluster has a shared outdoor hot tub and sauna facility open year-round.

Bitterbrush

These contemporary condominiums are nestled on a promontory adjacent to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Some enjoy enormous panoramic lake views while others have great views of the ski slopes. Constructed in the late 90's, they are typically 1,500 square foot, three-story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath units with two car garages or carports. They feature vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, large windows and decks.

The Woods

Some great opportunities exist in the most established subdivision of Incline Village.
